Psi., Psikolog <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <p>Jika anda ingin membawa anak anda untuk terapi atau anak anda sedang menjalani terapi,\u00a0 berikut ini 5 saran dari Mellenthin mengenai cara untuk mendukung mereka dalam proses terapi:<\/p> <ul> <li>Terlibatlah dari awal.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Tanyalah terapis anda mengenai cara untuk berpartisipasi, dan terlibatlah dalam proses. Dengan adanya partisipasi anda (baik ketika sesi terapi ataupun ketika di rumah bersama anak), maka anak akan lebih cepat mengalami kemajuan.<\/p> <ul> <li>Komunikasikan kekhawatiran anda pada terapis.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Anda dapat mengkomunikasikan segalanya mulai dari perilaku (terlalu bergantung, marah\/ tantrum, penolakan makan); perubahan signifikan pada <em>mood<\/em> atau perilaku; gejala-gejala yang baru timbul ataupun makin memburuk; ataupun perkembangan\/ tujuan terapi.<\/p> <ul> <li>Bertemulah secara teratur.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Mellenthin menyarankan orangtua untuk menjadwalkan pertemuan secara berkala diluar dari waktu terapi anak. Pertemuan-pertemuan ini memberikan kesempatan pada orangtua untuk berbicara secara terbuka dengan terapis tanpa kehadiran anak.<\/p> <ul> <li>Ingatlah bahwa mencari bantuan (terapi) adalah OK.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Pusat terapi dapat menjadi tempat yang tidak nyaman ketika anda meminta bantuan dari seseorang yang asing bagi anda. Tapi membutuhkan terapi bukanlah hal yang memalukan dan terapi dapat menjadi pengalaman yang menyenangkan bagi anak anda.<\/p> <ul> <li>Ingatlah bahwa penyembuhan membutuhkan waktu.<\/li> <\/ul> <p>Penyembuhan adalah sebuah proses, sabarlah dengan waktu penyembuhan yang dibutuhkan anak anda.<\/p> <p>Mendukung anak anda ketika mereka menjalani terapi berarti berpartisipasi dalam prosesnya juga.
